A fast-growing main contractor founded in 2020 by senior figures from Tier-1 builder Winvic. TanRo's principal trading company reported £77m turnover (FY2024) with net assets up nearly fourfold in two years to £7.3m — debt-free, self-funding and audited with a clean going-concern opinion. Recent schemes include a £9.6m 50-unit sheltered housing development in Coventry and Aston Villa FC's training campus.

The originator and developer behind Keystone. SH Care Projects (a trading style of SH Capital Limited) turns land into consented care and supported-living schemes — assembling the site, the planning, the operator and the professional team — then brings selected units to individual investors through Keystone. SH Care carries the £150m development pipeline and the operator relationships that make the model work.

Every Keystone home is let on a contracted FRI rent from a named, independently-funded operator — a real business with its own balance sheet, never a developer-affiliated shell, and the opposite of the single-operator “assured rent” products. Before reservations open on any scheme, the operator is named and its Companies House accounts are published in the data room.
